Default Newbie question about province defenses
Hello !
I'm a french player. I got the game for 2 weeks, and I have a little (and stupid )question :
Do you use province defenses ? It costs a lot and seems useless against "medium" armies. If you use it, do you set it to 20 ? Or more ?
