Re: Sea of Ice Doesn\'t Work?
From my experience, Sea of Ice seemed to only affect long distance movement between land and sea. I.e. you can move from coastal provinces to neighbouring sea provinces and vice versa. You cannot, however, use a water capable unit to move from deep inland into sea or vice versa when Sea of Ice is in effect. Not sure if Vanheim's sailing ability is affected though...
And yes, this seemed to contradict the spell description, and appeared to be a bug. I'm using 2.06 only, but IIRC, change list of 2.08 did not mention anything about Sea of Ice...
Also, I just tried Caelum today. According to the description, aren't they suppose to be able to fly even during a storm (e.g. Staff of Storm effect)? Perhaps this is just flavor text, and actually had no effect...
