Re: Sea of Ice Doesn\'t Work?
Sounds as if Sea of Ice is bugged. It should stop all movement into or out of the sea. Only sea-sea moves are allowed.
Only storm gurards/generals are supposed to fly during storms. Any other observations are possible bugs.
