The gain is based on current Dom strength in a province. For my Vine Ogres, as an example, I'm getting +36% HPs in Dom 1 locales, +60% in Dom 5, +70% in Dom 6, +80% at Dom 8. The benefit to my wyrm is truly impressive. |
