	Yes.  Think of "themes" as official mods for each nation.  When you are designing your pretender, and when you get to the Dominion portion of the design, you'll notice a "select special dominion" (or similar wording).  Click on it and you'll get a list of any special themes you can choose for the nation you're playing.Quote:

 Some themes vary quite widely from the base Version of the nation.  They're fantastic!
