Low precision is bad, high good.

100 precision is special; a 100-precision spell or attack form will always hit so long as the target is in range (and can't fire outside that range), even if the user is blind. Furthermore, 100-prec spells that target a monster always hit the targeted monster, and not just the square it occupies.
