Personally, I'm a bit partial to the Bow of War, especially if they already have decent Precision or the Heroic bonus. Not the greatest weapon in the world, and it's two-handed. But it's friggin' awesome after throwing in Fire arrows, Wind Guide, and Arrow Fend.
