Once you have the address (dom2.mosehansen.dk) and the port number from the page, just start Dominions II, go to Network->Connect to a Dominions server. Then just put in the info.

It will bring you to a page that shows you the races currently in the game... click on one of the OPEN slots. This will upload your pretender to the server. So you'll have to create one, before you can snag a spot.
