Ok, I had been running 2 multiplayer games on my old Windows ME box, but it kept getting attacked by trojans and the like. So, I copied the game folders, scrubed the hard drive, and did a clean install of Windows XP.
Now, I dont have any trojans, but the box (866mhz) runs like a turtle, and two games concurrently just crashes each other after turns have been run. Or more accurately, they hang.

I could not get the saved games to work after the scrub; I thought all I needed was the gameName folder, and all the files inside it?

If anyone can tell me how to transport via floppy a server game from one box to another (to host) I would appreciate it.
