I am pretty sure the AIs are affected just the same as human players, which makes me question the wisdom of the Jotun mage that casted BoT & Foul Air in my still going Orania SP game.
Playing as Last of Tuatha, I have very limited access to Astral mages or gems. So I had to live with BoT for... ~60 turns or so, while battling with Vanheim, Marignon, Pythium, Atlantis, and few others. In the end, I didn't dispel the BoT, rather I casted GoH to offset it in my dominion, when BoT had been in effect for 40+ turns... The BoT was finally dispelled, probably because Ermor or some other killed the casting mage.
For me, BoT wasn't as nasty as Foul Air, considering I was engaging in multiple fronts
Now I just need to wipe out the two big powers, Ermor & Ulm, and the lesser power Ctis to finally win this game (Turn 140+ already)
