For my part I've observed a much more intelligent missile targeting from the AI in 2.11 than before.
For example I've seen flank archers move forward before firing into a melee where many friendly troops are, so there's much less chance of hitting friends !
And the new 2.11 targeting algorithm also make fire scatter much less than before (and Evo spells are usable now !
