When I connect to a host Online that uses a new map, Dominions seems to hang.

Is it trying to download the map file? If so, is there any way to tell it that I already have the map?

I run with the -dd option, and the error file winds up with a long list of:

Waiting for astral packet
sockread: maxlen 1
read -1
sockread: maxlen 1
read -1
sockread: maxlen 1
read -1
...
