That's odd. Link works without problem for me.
Try moving up the "tree" to
http://apocalypse.thegames.it then select "Mappa dei FR" on the righthand side. Looks like the 3rd edition map, broken into pieces, but then again I'm not really that updated on PnP RPGs these days.
I like the dragonlance map better though. All borders already drawn.
