Jason Lutes' Parganos map is really nice, but I suggest a small fix to it - province 31 is a single-province island surrounded by water. I recently had to restart a game twice because land nations kept getting their home provinces placed on this island. I modified the map to include NOSTART 31. Perhaps this map could be "PhilD-ed" like the Cradle map was.
