Well... Okay, gathering ability names and in-game descritions are the easier part then.

I used the UnitView map to look through every single units, and copied all the listed abilities and associated description on an Excel sheet just then. The abilites are listed below (omit the desription)

Some notes:
I realize Banefire and Fire Shield can also be spell effects, but some units have them intrinsically. What about Air/Astral Shields, or similar effects, they do listed as Abilities once casted in battle... But probably not, since that's more fitting for a Spell List.

Similar as the Gone Beserk attributes, probably easily to make a note of that for the Berserk ability entry...

Anyway, I am not 100% sure that I didn't miss an ability or two... going through 1095 units took quite a while, and it's possible I may have skipped a unit or two... So if you spot an omission, feel free. (There isn't Suscpetible to Lightning, or Susceptible to Poison is there?)
