I'm confused by the way you wrote that.
Earth 4 blessing is Reinvig +4
Earth 9 blessing is Reinvig +6 and +4 Protection
Earth 10 blessing is Reinvig +7 and +4 Protection
Similarly, Water 10 is +7 Defense and Quickness vs. Water 9 +6 Defense and Quickness.
