I will still restart Orania_Quick if I get six people voting for it.
Do the same house rules (see the first post in the Orania Semiblitz thread) apply in the new game?
Also, I note the comment "Join if part of the old game". I presume the game is open to all comers (?) If not, there's no chance of filling to 17 nations (one of the objectives of Orania Semiblitz)
