I want Dom9 to be out by the time I enter the old folks home. And I expect the old folks home to have direct neural interface. And I expect wait out my waning years playing god. 
-- I dont think the machine/battery/VR of the Matrix was forced on anyone. I think it was gradual and voluntary.
