There is probably an image missing, or improperly named. Fortunately, this can be fixed.

Browse down to the pictures\race directory where the suspect races are located. In each of these racial directories, there should be a 128x128 bitmap called cardasian_race_portrait.bmp (or ferengi_race_portrait.bmp as appropriate).

If the item is misspelled, name it correctly. If they are not there, then they need to be added. This can be done by resizing the "race"_pop_portrait.bmp file to 128x128 (using any graphics editor) and naming the new image appropriately.

Be aware though, this resizing will give a grainy pixelated image. It is best to try to hunt down the proper images for this purpose.
