There isn't a Luke registered for the game. That's the first thing. What nation did you think you were? And what port / game?

But probably, as Norfleet said, you haven't installed the latest patch.

(And no, he isn't Jotunheim, which is there because Regen uploaded two pretenders, and the kick anonymous didn't kick it.)
