It's pretty much personal preference on the part of the creator. IW's site gets the most traffic, of course. My own site likely gets the next-largest amount of traffic, and I have links to all the other major Dom 2 sites so that folks can find anything they need that might not be on my site.
There's already a sticky thread at the top of this forum that lists Dom 2 fan sites, so there's no need to duplicate it in another thread.
Folks who know me (and my site) will email me when they'd like for me to host something, or update a file. If you haven't already visited it, you should. (hint)
