1. I have had this happen 2 or 3 times. If I colonize a Ruin planet the same time my research discovers a new advance, sometimes the ruin doesn't give an advance.
Now it could be that the advance I just discovered is the one that was in the ruins (doubt it tho) or this is a feature

2. Also it seems that sometimes in tactical combat when i hit enter the AI misses a turn.
I think that #2 has been mentioned before but I haven't seen any mention of #1.
Any help, enlightenment.... appreciated.
