This should have no effect whatsoever. You'd only have overwritten his turn if you actually had an abysia.2h present for that game, or you actually viewed his turn, then pressed "End Turn" after doing something or nothing. If you freaked out the moment you saw the flag screen, nothing happened. If you freaked out after actually viewing the turn, and you pressed "End Turn", then bad things have happened. The easy way to verify this without doing it again is to inspect your Dom2 folder for that game, and see if you now have an abysia.2h present in your directory that corresponds to that game.
