Yeh, I was thinking about getting in myself - but 424 provinces on a 24 hour routine is a bit much, given that by mid-game turns might be taking two hours, every. (At least for the successful nations )

Two hours every two or three days, sure - the game might start off slow, but before long many people would be happy for the slow pace.
