Just curious, why dom 4 here? Such a low dominion scares me in general, although I can imagine it working ok for pan or man -- but for caelum, who needs all that cold, isnt that a bit low? Why the ice dragon with so much water? Thems a lot of points in water for a nation that is bound to get water-3 very soon. (All those points could go to Order, or dominion, or a different magic path, or anything really.) Just curious as to your feelings!!
