Great move there, Charlie. You cast Burden of Time *AND* Utterdark as Broken Empire? Are you nuts? Utterdark/BoT is only for dead nations, ones that entirely lack living troops and normal income. If you are a living nation, I.E., one that receives income and recruits national units, never cast these! |
