There's a bug too:
When you capture a BF Ulm capitol you can recruit:
Ghoul Guardian
Fortune Teller
Wolfherd
Usually you cannot recuit any unit belonging to another nation if you capture their capitol , except the hidra hatchling of Pythyum because you can find the site elsewhere too.
