Dark Citadel isn't a mausoleum, no. High high defense, expensive and slow to build, so you have two choices, neither of them appealing.

Ya, Atlantis keeps looking less and less appealing. Guess I'll go with the Kelp Citadel...

Edit: Yay, finally found a nation design I like with Atlantis. And with 0 points left over too. I'm gonna upload it but I'll drop out if things get sorted out.
