the problem is he is mictlan so i have no chance to win the dominionwar

so i need to devastate his rich blood provinces ( he has growth 2 or 3 ) . but he can throw his vampires always on me this way

can't try any globals because he will dispell .

undead mastery and control the dead might be worth a try .

unfortunately a vampire has 22 hp so he needs 2 wither bones to die and i can't cast holy pyre
