Shrapnels customer service is outstanding. The problem is they have no control over the file sizes for the mods or the patches. Additionally, they may or may not have direct knowledge of each products available fan made mods.
If you need the patch and TDM mod broken down into smaller peaces, then all you have to do is ask.
You will most likely need to get winRar as that is the best program for doing this kind of thing.
