All enemy crews have powered down their vessels and surrendered because of this shortage of resources, to save both their lives and the plot that was in a deadend. The forces you faced were indeed more dangerous than class A threats because of their unpararalelled firepower; since the enemy required them to use their Masticator Superdestroyers, they were equivalent to these juggernauts, and thus equally as dangerous. The fact that these targets of opportunity were full of innocent civilians is irrelevant; as explained above, the colonies were virtual juggernauts, and only crew members are allowed within warships. Therefore, the colonies were manned by a horde of soldiers (we did tell you the enemy has enrolled the whole nation in the army, didn't we?).

I thank you Kindly Admiral Petrach for your words. However the Deadstar Continuum's mission will not stop there!
Our Enemies have been seen using "Population Transports". No doubt this is a ploy on thier part. Even the least advanced race knows Troops are enlisted from Population! This means that these ships that try and fool us by claiming they have 500million people on board are actually invasion vessels. The fact that our Long Range Scanners detect no shields, weapons or amour and 500million citizens on board should be disregarded as a glitch in new technology. We will destroy these "Troop Transports" and any civillians on board will be used as target practice for the Point Defence Cannons, as they are untrained troops!
In the Unlikely Event they are civillians then they have the potential for terrorism and must be quashed. Once all threats from these invaders are squashed we will move on to destroy all colonies with a population over 50 million as they are no doubt slave labour camps being forced to provide Increased construction power, Unfortuantly my very reliable information minister has reported a contagious diesease that infests these slaves and as such they cannot be welcomed into our Alliance, Planetary Bombardment will stop their suffering.
We the Deadstar Continnuum, with our impeccable moral standards as proclaimed by the Phong Confederation (Now Deceased by "unknown cause"), will then destroy all spacefaring vessels to end the suffering of their crews. With the lack of supplies making it through no doubt their crews have resorted to Canibalism, this genetic disaster waiting to happen will be met with hostile force. Although many of these ships are now disabled through the brave and marvellous efforts of the Foundation for Galactical Glory, Grandeur and Glamour they will meet the full force of the Deadstar War machine. Such ships even with all Weapons, Engines and Supply capabilities destroyed still pose a threat by floating in space waiting to collide with our vessels, we simply must take a proactive stance.
We Salute the Foundation for Galactical Glory, Grandeur and Glamour and we look froward to the release of your Star destroying class ships to take down entire systems of enlisted militia and troops.
The Deadstar Continuum, The Race with the Highest Humane and Moral Standing because no-one who faced us is alive to say otherwise, We have infringed no-ones human rights as we have not destroyed the human race...yet and The Race who sees no problem dispatching a 200 ship fleet to destroy a Heavily "armed" coloniser.
