The Foundation for Galactical Glory, Grandeur and Glamour (in any order) thanks the Deadstar Continuum for their kind support in this most grievous war. Our finest hour is upon us; either we meet the challenge posed by these perfidious alien species, or all civilisation as we know it will collapse. As we are speaking, wing after wing of enemy attack craft are heading towards our positions, and we detect high energy surges on most of these vessels (the scientist who claimed it was due to cryogenic equipment has been sent for reeducation. Nobody uses cryogenic anymore when indentured servants are eager to work for us).
Your people should be praised for their attention, and your efforts may very well have saved our Alliance from these enemy transports. Their betrayal is so perfect they did not even put any kind of weaponry on their troop transports, as if they would expect us to fall for such a gross trap. After all, do you know *any* ship able to carry five million people, let alone five hundred million? Of course not; only the Very-Top-Secret-Not-Funny-Highly-Advanced-Project Battlemoon would be able to do so.
Consequently, since the figures show they cannot be carrying civilians, it can only be spies, soldiers or rebels. In any case, they are a threat to our survival, and should be stopped at all cost. The Alliance grieves for the death of more lives, but we have little choice in this matter. If we do not take decisive steps to preserve our Society, death is our only future, and we shall become a mere footnote in the book of history.
The Foundation has managed to board and salvage one enemy ship, but has faced Abominations. A massive radioactive leak has mutated the crew into horrible alien beings of tremendous power, who nearly destroyed our boarding taskforce. As such, the Foundation has ordered the dissipation of these threats, for we cannot let them gain access to our ships. The one ship we salvaged is currently safe at a spaceyard, while our scientists attempt to understand what caused this mutation (and incidentally analyse the technology contained in this ship, for the benefit of science).
However, we would like to correct one of your statements: the Foundation is not building any kind of Star Destroyer. Instead, our present project involves the creation of ships able to fully restore a whole system to its initial state. As our planets are being polluted and our suns are slowly depleting their hydrogen resources, the Foundation has requested the deployment of ships able to improve the condition of any given system. Ecology does matter for us, and so this decision was necessary to ensure a bright future for our species. We believe there might be a low-impact explosion resulting from our efforts, but this should be dismissed as being a trivial side effect.
The Foundation would also like to present her newest project, the Awakening Long-Range Tactical Corvette and Heavy Support (previously code-named Exterminator, but this name has been dismissed because of its implications). This ship will be able to cure any disease within a planet by unleashing a previously unknown technology: the Winds of Purification. This device will proceed to fully clean up any malicious lifeform within the system, thus enabling our people to save the poor souls doomed with illness. Skeptics have argued this technology would open a void vortex (or Blackhole), but such pessimistic view should not be given any credit.
The Foundation for Galactical Glory, Grandeur and Glamour strives to bring this golden era in the galaxy, although she has been slowed down by the interference of the Enemies of Modernity. Nonetheless, this time of prosperity is nigh: most of our foes have acknowledged our wisdom, and bowed down to the Foundation (at least, one member of each species did so; they were then put in a museum, as they are the Last members of their species still alive).
For Glory, Grandeur and Glamour, the Foundation.
You should start playing Deadstar. I am sure positive and unaltered information (who said "propaganda"? Such a negative word) would be more than enough to make everyone else surrender to you. What can one do against words containing so much wisdom?
