Dunno about the exact reg value of Thalassa, I saw her regenerate at least 33 HPs (from 22 to full) before those damned Conan-wannabees whacked her down. The queens of the lake and of the deep report regen values of 28 and 50 on dry land, respectively.

Additionally, it'd seem to me that Thalassa is gaining so many afflictions that the regeneration affliction chance reduction is off when on land. But that's just a gut feeling.

Yea, from the description I'd understand too that they ought to have greater regeneration under the waves and lesser (if at all) above.
