It's unfortunate how few complete mods there are out there for StarFury, it's a bloody darned good game.
I've been playing P&N mod, and I've got the people's mod but it crashes whenever I try to start a game.
Something about missing textures or something though I've D/L everything from the PeoplesMod site and put it where I *think* it should be (no readme.txt files detailing install paths really blows, folks).
Anyway: Stores.
ANY changes at all that I make, no matter how insignifigant, to the main-stores.txt file causes the game to crash. And I don't mean to the desktop... it completely LOCKS UP my system, forcing a complete hard shutdown to recover.
That is NOT GOOD at all.
My question:
How do you add items that you've created to the stores list without causing the game engine to have a complete fit over it?
