If I had boat loads of cash and never had to worry about money again, I would buy a mountain and fence it bugger in with a twelve foot tall, razor wired toped, fence with gun emplacements every fifty yards.
J/K, I would have no gun emplacements, just fortified camera's.
I would then build a modest home, and have trails cut into the moutain for my hiking, biking, quading pleasure. I would of course go out of my way to preserve wild life habitat and such.
