The SE IV list still exists on Yahoo, except that it's pretty much a discussion of what SE V should be now.
The 'features list' for SE V was posted in this forum somewhere or other. Couldn't find that thread myself but maybe someone else can.
Have you contacted Malfador? I bet they could use an extra artist if you've got spare time again.
