here's one of mine, for instance:
two other useful switches are, i find:

--res 1065 806
(creates the game in a window of whatever size you specify)

--clickvol 0
(gets rid of that annoying click noise. hell, maybe later patches already got rid of it - I just need to be sure ;-) )
