(continued form subject)Kinda you see we can make facilitys that have a one per planet restriction(i think you can do that you can with components)and a cost and space taken of zero.an you could give it abilitys like a No intel zone that would make the pop happy but greatly hinderrt planetary intel output.
just a idea hopefully mm will hardcore edicts into the game one day...
