The server is at 2.14 that is not the problem. You are all probably getting stuck at the "Waiting for Game Data" screen...this intermittent problem has been around for a long time. The workaround is to not give up
Kill the Dominions process, and try to connect again. Most times after several tries you can get in. If not, come back in a few minutes and try it again.
