It is Adamant 014. You cannot make your ships obsolete because all of them are already obsolete compared to our state-of-the-art technology. *Chuckles*

A bit more seriously, I cannot make my ships obsolete in Adamant 014 either, and I didn't try in the other Adamant games (Scout said it didn't work in Adamant 012). Do not ask me why, however.
