Ok. You'll have to apply to the game to take over the empire.
You will need to get Adamant Mod. Installing it will be a multi-step process.
1)
a)
If you have Fyron's Quadrant Mod Deluxe installed, download this file:
Adamant Mod Full
Next, go into the FQM Deluxe\Pictures\System folder. Copy the images from there (except possibly for the 3 Starmap.bmp files, one in each folder, if you prefer the stock game Starmap.bmp) into the stock game Pictures\System folder. The files in this folder itself and each of its subfolders need to be copied. This will allow the images to be used by both mods without having duplicate images.
b)
If you do not have FQM Deluxe installed, download this file:
Adamant Mod Full
2)
Execute the file (it is a self-extracting RAR file) you downloaded in part 1). Point it to the base SE4 folder. It is designed to extract into the folder "Adamant" by default.
3)
Download and install this patch for the mod.
Adamant Mod Patch 0.13.39
4)
Download and install the 5 latest Full packs of the Image Mod (assuming you have no Image Mod installed).
