Re: Computer AI Bonus low/high... what is it?
The bonus gives the AIs extra resources and extra building power each turn.
Resource modifiers
2x - low bonus
3x - medium bonus
5x - high bonus
I don't know exactly how much faster the SY go but they sure pump out ships.
