Jotun is human controlled, has a base slave income of 3, a blood magic 40 (!) site, and starts with two W3B2 mages. It's a setup that practically screams
Ice Devil. I'm not sure if he decided to go that route, but I chose a somewhat ineficient path to start with (I'm a Mictlan newbie), so if he did he could have easily beaten me to most of them.
