No, but often I find myself regretting the autosave sometimes. Say... when the Last system I was in was safe and had a well stocked starbase, and the system I just entered was full if pirates sitting on the warp-point to eat me alive.
Since my save might be over an hour old, and the autosave just saved the deadly trap I just entered... bleah, I'm stuck for it...
