Probably, someone else will find a way to do it. Just don't hesitate to share you models in a future.

Doga models have far too many polygons to be useable as in-game rendered models. It requires a lot of work and reductions to convert them to a better format, so much so that it would probably be better to just start over in a different program that is designed to make models useable in games...
