Hey, Steve, are you goign to help with Ratings at USy?

I noticed that the AI down below wasn't too keen to expand/explore on its own. It wasn't building any battley cruisery type ships, and wasn't exploring outsite its own systems.

Maybe I didn't it play test it for long enough.
Anyway, its in my new fleet at USy, the Vidrihne, if you'd care to download.
