For 'move and patrol' to be selectable, the target province must (a) have a castle, and (b) be under your control. Obviously not the case here, you can't patrol an enemy province (even if you still own the castle, the province is considered owned by the enemy if this castle is besieged).

That makes sense but I don't get the menu when trying it on other provinces (owned by me) either. Something's not right...  |
