You can do a book now. There are "Book on Demand" sites that will accept your manuscript and create a page where people can order your book. They set a printing/shipping price and you can charge whatever you want over that. Like if they say they can do this story at 9.99 then you can charge 19.99 or 14.99 or 9.99 even. It still provides people with a nice bound Version of your book. There are also sites that do the same for eBooks.
My favorite "on demand" site lets everyones website add tshirts, mugs, Calendars, and books/music that are specific to their web site.
