I have both ATF and RT, and i have downloaded the full instructions, but somehow the instructions are incomplete as to how to take a jpg or bmp map and turn it into the XDM or DEM format.
specifically, i'd like to take the Humanitarian Information Center for Iraq map of Fallujah (a standard 1:50,000 scale military map found Online at
http://www.humanitarianinfo.org/iraq...itary_15k.jpg) into the correct XDM or DEM for use in a Raging Tiger scenario.
