I somewhat doubt you will succeed. The case will become the longest running court case in the galaxy. Mainly because it will be a long time before the Prosecution ever gets a straight answer from a Vorlon
I suggest you start a war with them, it'll be quicker and probably cheaper in the long run
(can you imagine how much a several million year court battle would cost???
